CNAP

Consideration of the Notion for A Possibility (CNAP):

A CNAP is a type of National Direct Ballot Initiative (NBDI) approved by a fifty-nine percent vote of the People of the United States of America.

The a CNAP is a theorized possibility which would start the process of commencing the beginning of a Third Continental Congress to Refound The United States of America or future entities such as the United States/Sovereignties of Earth (USSE).

A CNAP is placed on the required National Ballot, when enough people send in a current ballot letter. At current population levels, this would require 195,555,075 letters and ballot letters to be turned in to the Federal Election Commission.
